How did you get started?
I love to travel. My first trip to Europe was a Mediterranean cruise with my friend’s family. I still have my diary from the adventure, which was in 9th grade of high school, and it opened my eyes to the wonders of Europe and travel and forever changed the course of my life.
It all started with the idea for a show about horseback riding around the world, Equitrekking, all about equestrian travel.
Then out of that came Travels with Darley, which now has 45 episodes.

This show is for people who enjoy travel and want to learn about new places. The best way to travel is to have a local show you around. That’s where you get the most authentic experiences.
From Food Tours in Dubai and Tokyo to Island Hopping around Hong Kong’s 260 islands, we work with small businesses in each location to get an insider’s view. And you can recreate the same experiences when you visit these places.
We want to inspire you to see the world in a whole new way, through the locals’ eyes, like in the Dubai Desert Safari experience and the Qatar Falconry Auction.

I’d suggest checking out some places you might not usually think of, and that won’t be as crowded.
In North Dakota, Theodore Roosevelt National Park is a great park and not a location many think of.
California’s Central Coast is a great road trip traveling Highway 1, Los Padres National Park, and Solvang, where you’ll feel like you’ve traveled to Denmark.
New Mexico has Santa Fe and the lesser-known Continental Divide Trail, Cosmic Campground, Gila National Forest, and Santa Fe National Forest.
Don’t forget about the great National Forests across the U.S., often located near National Parks and less crowded.

Yes! I’ve had the most amazing adventures traveling and filming for over a decade. Now we’re making it even easier for travelers to journey in my footsteps to these special places with the local experiences and guides I’ve loved.
