In France, on Christmas Eve, they enjoy a feast called le révillon, which often consists of ham, goose, oysters, salad, champagne, and Bûche de Noël, a yummy chocolate cake shaped like a Yule log.

Then children eagerly await the arrival of le Pére Noël, Father Christmas. They set out shoes around the Christmas tree for him to fill with lots of goodies!
