Affiliate Terms of Use

Welcome to the KeeKee’s Big Adventures Affiliate Program!

We’re excited to have you join our community of partners who help families discover the joy of travel. By participating as an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”), you agree to the terms and conditions below (“Agreement”). Please review them carefully before registering and promoting KeeKee’s Big Adventures products or content.

Purpose of the Program

The KeeKee’s Big Adventures Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows you to earn commission by promoting our products and resources through your website, social media, or personal network. When families you refer make qualifying purchases through your affiliate link, you earn a commission.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your application and joining the Program, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these terms. If anything here doesn’t work for you, you may choose not to participate.

Application Review

All affiliate applications are reviewed individually. KeeKee’s Big Adventures reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion. Decisions are final, and while we may not be able to share specific reasons, please know we review every application thoughtfully.

Commissions

Commission Structure

  • Earn 15% (unless otherwise increased) on every confirmed sale generated through your unique affiliate links.
  • Higher commission tiers or seasonal bonuses may be offered to top-performing affiliates.
  • Commissions apply to all eligible KeeKee products, including books, plush, activity kits, and bundles.
  • Commissions apply only to successfully completed, non-refunded transactions.
  • Orders that result in cancellations, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity will not qualify.

Payment Schedule

  • Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days after the close of each month.
  • Payments are sent via secure electronic transfer once the minimum payout threshold of $25.00 is reached.
  • Tracking and reporting are automatic, allowing you to view your progress in real-time through your affiliate dashboard.

Notes & Good-to-Know

  • Orders returned or refunded will have the associated commission adjusted.
  • Affiliates must maintain good standing (adhering to program guidelines and brand standards) to receive payment.
  • You may not refer yourself or make purchases using your own affiliate links.

Affiliate Conduct and Termination

We want our program to reflect the same integrity and kindness that KeeKee stands for. Participation may be paused or ended if any of the following occur:

  • Inappropriate or misleading advertising or claims.
  • Unsolicited or spam-style promotion (email, posts, or messages).
  • Promotion on sites with illegal or inappropriate content.
  • Failure to follow FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements.
  • Unauthorized or confusing use of KeeKee’s Big Adventures logos, names, or trademarks.
  • Offering rebates, kickbacks, or incentives directly tied to your commission.
  • Self-referrals or any attempt to artificially inflate results.

We may also end participation at any time to keep the program fair and consistent for all affiliates.

Affiliate Links and Promotion

Affiliates are welcome to use our approved graphics, logos, and text links on their sites, emails, and social media—just keep it true to our brand and spirit. You may create your own promotional materials if they’re honest, family-friendly, and consistent with this Agreement.

Coupon and Deal Site Policy

Only affiliates pre-approved for specific coupons may promote them. The following rules apply:

  • Do not use misleading text or suggest unapproved discounts.
  • Do not bid on search terms like “KeeKee’s Big Adventures coupons” or “KeeKee’s Big Adventures discounts.”
  • Affiliate cookies may only be set when a user clearly clicks a link for a valid offer.
  • “Click to reveal coupon” links are only allowed when an active coupon exists.
  • Sites or ads implying non-existent coupons or deals may be removed from the Program.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising

Using KeeKee’s Big Adventures brand terms in paid search or PPC campaigns requires prior written approval.

Liability Disclaimer

KeeKee’s Big Adventures is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of revenue or commissions, due to tracking issues, system errors, or other interruptions. While we do our best to ensure accurate tracking and timely payments, we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

Term and Changes

This Agreement begins once you’re accepted into the Program and continues until you or KeeKee’s Big Adventures ends participation. We may update these terms from time to time; continuing in the Program means you accept any updates. If an update doesn’t work for you, you may close your account at any time.

Indemnification

By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeeKee’s Big Adventures, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your activities as an affiliate, including any breach of this Agreement or violation of applicable laws.

Confidentiality

Information shared with you as part of the Program—such as rates, internal communications, or private materials—must remain confidential unless you have written permission to share it.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all matters quickly and fairly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in Sarasota County, Florida.

Electronic Acceptance

By completing the KeeKee’s Big Adventures Affiliate Program application, you provide your electronic signature and confirm your agreement to these terms. This carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
